How long does shipping take?
Please allow 3 business days for us to prepare and pack your order. Once handed over to the courier, delivery takes 1 to 3 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within Singapore. We do not currently offer international shipping.
RETURN POLICY
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all of our sales are final, we aren't able to offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
However, we want you to have a great experience! If something went wrong with your order, please email us within 7 days of receiving it. Just include photos of your item(s), the packaging, and the packing slip, and we’ll gladly look into it for you.
